One of our favorite homes in Alys Beach, this thoughtfully designed courtyard retreat makes the most of its unique setting between two zero-lot-line properties.

An east-facing light well welcomes natural light from two directions, illuminating the living area, kitchen, and upstairs flex space. Throughout the home, delicate scalloped shell motifs create a cohesive architectural detail, extending from the entry foyer to the rooftop fireplace.
